SUDDENLY can't send email via Yahoo using Outlook 2003

Works OK either with or without authentication on!
Error message says that it did connect to the server but the server didn't
respond. If I use Yahoo Mail in Explore - it works fine.
Does that info give you a clue?

You do have a yahoo premium account, either paid or through an ISP? Yahoo
only has webmail for free accounts.

Yes, I do have a premium account. I checked and it is good until 4/05
