Suddenly Emails cannot be sent. "none" appears in the sent column.

With no apparent changes to my computer settings emails have become
impossible to send using outlook. The word "none" appears in the sent column
of the outbox and emails will not send. I have tried deleting email accounts
and reinstating them. I have attempted a repair of office. This problem has
happened before and was only resolved by a complete reformat of the disc. I
cannot believe that I am the only one to receive this problem. There is no
reference (that I can find) on Microsoft help to resolve the matter. Does
anyone know what is going on please. Thanks

I have had the same problem-but only when I'm away from home using a
different isp.....most recently at a hotel with wireless access, I was
receiving mail fine but nothing would send. From this I assume it has
something to do with the "remote" isp connecting to my email host isp. I'd
sure like to know how to fix this.
