Suddenly now FP 2003 won't open except in Safe Mode???

Hi,

Suddenly my FP 2003 on my laptop won't open except in Safe Mode. I have
un-installed it & re-installed it & I still have the same problem. I also
have gone & updated all the office patches & XP patches.

What is my next step?? Please help, I have to update some charity websites I
run asap!

SharePoint Designer support )
Download links are at the bottom of the page.
Run the functions that clear:
The Hidden Temporary files.
The Hidden Cache (*.web) files.
and the function:
Restore the default toolbars and menus.

Thanks so much for the suggestion. Unfortunately even after using the
cleaner, FP still crashes (encounters an error) and only gives me the option
to restart in safe mode. :-(
