Can u repost your response to the question below - as it came in it said it was no longer available and deleted the post!!!!

How can I display a running total number (sum) of 6 different number fields.
They are plain, straight forward digit fields containing numbers 1 - 10 an I
just need a running total showing in another field please can you post the
exact formula and how to execute applying it?

You can set a formula on the Value tab of the Properties dialog for the
control showing the field where you want to store this information. The
formula is a simple sum:

[Field1] + [Field2] + [Field3] etc.
