Mauricio Silva

My sugestion is to be able to print the relationship page to help generating
my documentation about the database and help me to plan alterations.

Every time I need to do it, I have a headache.

Hi, Mauricio.
to be able to print the relationship page to help generating
my documentation about the database

In Access 2000 and later versions, arrange the tables the way you want
before you use the built-in Print Relations Wizard (Tools menu ->
Relationships... to open the Relationships window, then the File menu ->
Print Relationships) to create the report that you can print for your
documentation.

If you are using Access 97, then you need to download the Print Relationship
Wizard Add-in from this Web page and install it on your computer:

Thanks Camaro,

Even though it came full of misplaced arrows, it is a very good help !!!

You're welcome!
Even though it came full of misplaced arrows,

That's because you're viewing the text with Microsoft's Online Community Web
interface, which breaks up the lines of text in an odd way. If you were
using a Newsreader like many of the rest of us, you'd see everything in the
text lined up perfectly, which is much easier to read.

Ok, ok, I wasn't clear...

There were misplaced arrows in my relationship report !!!
They came not attached to any line and just floating around the report.

Hi, Mauricio.

Thanks for the clarification. Which version of Access are you using?
Perhaps you can open the report in Design View and bump the arrow images
over to where they should be (if they aren't just disembodied artefacts that
need to be deleted) before you print the report.
