Suggest to close shared workbook

Hi, Is it possible to make a message box appear every 10 minutes to
suggest to the user to close the shared workbook?

Ideally, the message box would display choice between:
"save and close", "close without saving", "save and continue" and
"continue".

This with the hope to avoid too many conflicts in several people
changing the same worksheet.

Just recognize that msgboxes are modal. You might want to use a userform set
to non-modal. This would also support your use of providing and acting on
choices.

need to learn more VBA... I'd rather stick to modal. If I understand
this correctly, that means you are dependent on user good will.
