Suggested Impovements to OneNote

1. Add the ability to collapse Subpages into a "+" on the parent page's tab
2. Add the ability to add additional levels of pages
a. Subpages can have Subpages
3. Add the ability to move a page up a level or down a level
(promote/demote) in the page tree
4. Add in the ability to have a link to files and folders that shows up as
an icon not the XML tags
5. Add the ability to "Archive" a tab (compressing it)
a. It should include all embedded files
i. And optionally all linked files
6. Add the ability to rearrange the tabs on the right side (moved a page up
or down the list)
a. Child pages should follow the parent automatically
