Suggesting on a professional spreadsheet

Hello,
I was wondering since I really don't like the auto formating styles
which xcel provides me and right now the spreadsheet looks to plain with no
colors, fill etc. Can anyone give me some suggestion and some examples on
what is the best way to format (color, line styles, fonts etc.) the
following spreadsheet
so I can get something that looks a little bit more professional then I have
now.
Any examples would be appreciated.
