I think it would be enormously helpful if future relases of outlook included
a daily notes section, which could be accessed via the calendar. That way
everything that was accomplished on that day could be recorded, and if you
later needed to know when something had been done, you could go back and
check it.
Lotus's Organizer has this feature and it's very helpful. I think Outlook's
developers would do well to look at Lotus Organizer generally. It has many
useful features, and if it integrated with an email client, I wouldn't use
Outlook at all.
