Would be great if, while viewing a specific Contact entry in Outlook 2003,
you could click on icon (or have a FILE_MENU item available) to print an
envelope on a local printer. This would save having to go to Microsoft Word
2003 to enter the same information. Idea is... perform task of creating
envelope where Contact information is located.
Options:
(1) Allow several contacts to be selected and print envelopes all at once,
using one click on icon or menu command
(2) Allow envelopes to be printed based on selecting a Distribution
List/Group.
(3) Allow option to OMIT/INCLUDE return address (or select Return Address
based on Outlook account... i.e different identity such as personal or
business return address)
(4) Allow option to BOLD/REGULAR company name and/or contact name
(5) Allow option to create new FORM LETTER/E-MAIL (defined in MS Word and/or
MS Outlook) and send to one or more contacts (ie. specific person or
group/distribution list) selected in Outlook Contacts
NOTE: I have not investigated if BCM (Business Contact Manager) allows this
support, albeit I understand this software has some compatibility issues.
