Im not sure where to place a suggestion regarding all Outlook clients
(desktop and mobile), but I'll start here:
The inability of Outlook on any platform to utilize and syncronize with
multiple exchange servers is a serious issue for any consultant with multiple
clients. I am requested at meetings of my clients all via Microsoft Outlook,
but I need to login to each server to manually take across each meeting
request to my own personal exchange server which holds a single view of my
schedules.
There are some issues with this concept, granted, but just a start is
required. I have a desktop, laptop and smartphone, all of which are useless
time management systems due to this problem.
I know about being able to import exchange calendars, but this requires
realtime online access and is painful across a slow connection, if you have
one.
To Microsoft, please help.
