"Microsoft Access can't start because ther is no license
for it on this machine." 1st installed MS-OFFICE '97
PROFESSIONAL EDITION from our CD on our new computer
running ME on 6-4-2001 -- and now that we are finally
getting around to doing more stuff with the MS-Access
program = we get the above message. I have uninstalled,
re-installed, and still same message. Last attempt
included disabling anti-virus program during a re-install
of find & install previously not installed items.
PLEASE ADVISE.
THANK YOU.

Go to the Microsoft knowledgebase and search for the exact error message. This is a bug in the system and Microsoft has a download that solves the problem.
