Suggestions For Saving OLE Object and Text in Table

I am using Access 2000.

I have a table with text and one OLE Object field. The OLE Object is a
Visio template. After collecting and drawing data in that OLE Object field,
what is the best method of saving the data for future use???

Before the OLE Object, I could save my table as a comma delimited text file.
The file size is small and I could reload the table with the comma delimited
text file at a later time.

My current method is exporting the Table out to a new database which just
has this one table.

Does someone have a better process for me????
