Suggestions to improve Outlook junkmail filtering

I've typed in 'safe senders' to the junkmail filter but am CONSTANTLY
retrieving messages from these safe senders from the junkmail file, no matter
how many times I click the 'not junk' button and check the emails as being
from safe senders. PLEASE fix this!

Also, for spamming domains: There is no option to click to have all emails
from a given domain sent to the junkmail file. This is really important.
Spammers rarely use the same username twice but may well use the same domain
over and over. Adding an option to send all emails from a certain domain
[just like we can add 'safe domains' to a list] would significantly reduce
spam.

The last part for blocking an entire domain is possible today in Outlook
2003. Select Tools > Options > Preferences tab > Junk Email > Block Senders
Add Button and type: @the_domain_you_want_to_block
