If you right-click an image or printout in 2007, you have the ability to
copy its text into the clipboard as the first choice in that menu.
What do you mean with UI integration.
On a more general note, your suggestions aren't going to go far. A good
suggestion post should include a description of the feature you are
looking for (describing e.g. how you would like it to work) and why you
would like to see that feature in OneNote.

Sure, I can be more specific,
1. I know the feature in OneNote regarding the copy text from image. What I
meant was to select specific text from the image. I find sometimes that I
don't need all the text copied from an image or a printout
2. Regarding "UI Integration" I meant to harmonize the new elements of user
interface of the main Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) in
OneNote. Specifically: Large tooltips, Office button, the new shortcut
system, the format mini toolbar and translation tooltips and also the ribbon.
Why? Because there is an integration with the main applications and they do
really change the user experience paradigm.
3. Regarding Smart-Art, I have lots of lists that would like to put it as a
diagram. I experience the scenario as a student where this graphics help me
to remember concpets and ideas. I think this would be a feature of the
expressivness in OneNote (like the automatic calculator).
4. Regarding "same shape gallery" I meant the access to draw the same
objects as I can draw in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
5. Finally, with printouts, It would be a good idea to specify the size of
the printouts as I find myself always changing the size of the images. Also a
possibility is to arrange this with a part to write notes to the side of the
printout.

Hope this explanation wokrs

Great :)
Regarding 2: It won't happen for Office 2007. MS didn't have enough
resources to do more than Access, Excel, Outlook (except the main
window), PPT and Word. I think it is slated for OneNote 14 (#13 is being
skipped).

What do you mean with skipped in v.13? A OneNote release or the features in #2?
Also, I think that not all UI advancement is the ribbon, so I will be great
to see some of the other UI freatures. I can only have a glimpse of the work
need to be done to include any of these UI features.

Microsoft is skipping Office 13. Office 2007 is Office 12 and the next
release will be Office 14. They are skipping the unlucky number 13.
What other UI features do you mean?
