SUM(ABOVE) working sporadically on a table that spans two pages

In my sample the first two columns are summing correctly but the last three
are only summing the values on the second page? I would like to use
SUM(Above) because I do not know how many rows I will have in the table.

The problem is not related to the splitting of the table but is related to
the zero format I specified. Changing the format from "#,##0;(#,##0);-" to
"#,##0;(#,##0)" resolved the problem for the last three columns. This must
be a bug since the other columns that summed properly had a dash in place of
a zero?
