SUM AND COUNT

Hi,

Here is a set of data. Can Someone show me how make
excell calcualte the differnce between these rows and
count at the same time.

Coulumn A
58.63
58.27 -0.36
58.66 0.39
59.21 0.55
59.73 0.52
59.57 -0.16
59.43 -0.14

Desired End result: There are 3 values >0 and their sum is
1.46. ( My preference is to do this without using Coumn B)

Hi Bob,

Thanks for the reply, but I am trying to avoid the process
of manually calculating Coulmn B. Is there a way to do it
all out of Column A
