Dear All,

I have these data now.
ShopA, PartNo, Qty
ShopB, PartNo, Qty
ShopC, PartNo, Qty
ShopD, PartNo, Qty

I have qty for PartNo123, sending to shopA,B,C,D
When i union my shopA,B,C,D, it will shows ShopA,PartNo, Qty.
I need to use a query to total up the union table and shows shopA, Part123,
the total qty.
ShopB, Part123, the total qty and so on.

May i know how should i go around it for this?

Please advise me, thank you

Best Regards,
Royston

From what I understand:

SELECT shop, partNo, SUM(qty)
FROM tableNameOrQueryName
GROUP BY shop, partNo

(in SQL view, with your real name for fields and table).
