Hi,
I have 2 reports that slice the same set of information two different
ways (different grouping, etc). Each report has a 'total balance'
column, and a '# of denials' (a count) column.
Both reports should have matching values for both 'total balance' and
'# of denials' in the report footer where everything is totaled.
However, while the '# of Denials' columns in each report's footer
match, their 'total balance' columns do not. Does anyone know what a
possible cause for this would be? I find it strangs that the number
of records listed are the same but their balance are different between
the reports.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
