Sum the count of records in groups

I have 2 levels of groups in a report. The first group, PowerCategory is
made up of the 2nd group, Tier. In some cases the PowerCategory has only 1
Tier; in some cases there are as many as 4 Tiers. I need to show how many of
each Tier, then totals of all Tiers within each PowerCategory. I have added a
text box to the TIer footer with the record count, and it's perfect. Will
someone please tell me how to obtain a total for all Tiers within each
PowerCategory? Thanks in advance for any assistance.

=Count(*) should work in both groups' header/footer sections
(and in the report's header/footer sections).
