SUMIF

I would like to know if it is possible to use SUMIF function to sum number
that are BETWEEN two condition
(i.e. =SUMIF(A1:A10,">3 & <10",B1:B10)

=SUMPRODUCT((A1:A10>3)*(A1:A10<10)*B1:B10)
