SUMIF

The following formula is not working for us:

SUMIF(A4:A2500,200:299,H4:H2500)

What we're trying to do is sum the cells in column H only
if column A is between 200 & 299. The function will
recognize individual (i.e, single) criteria but not as a
range. Anyone got an answer? Do we need more nesting?

You should divide the range:
SUMIF(A4:A2500,"<=299",H4:H2500)-SUMIF
(A4:A2500,">=200",H4:H2500)

=SUMPRODUCT((A4:A2500>=200)*(A4:A2500<300),H4:H2500)

another way

=SUMIF(A4:A2500,">=200",H4:H2500)-SUMIF(A4:A2500,">299",H4:H2500)
