Summarize/ Group by different Structure

I'm trying to roll up tasks into summary workpackages. I am using the
outline code feature but when I group by outline code it creates its own
summary line that I can't edit.

Is there a way to have tasks roll to summaries in different ways from one
table to another?

You can group by any field or combination of fields.
