Summarize time slots

Matt

Hi there,

Apologies if this has been asked already - I did search for "Lotus Notes"
and "Time scales" but nothing came back about my particular question.

I have just moved over to Outlook/Exchange from Notes/Domino and have
managed to import my Calendar successfully.

One thing I can't work out how to do is to "summarize" the time slots - at
least that is what it's called in Lotus.

I'd like to have all my appointments listed one after another and where
there are two things at once (for instance I might be travelling from 16:00 -
18:00 but have a phone call to make at 17:00) instead of them being listed
next too each other, they are listed like:

16:00 - 18:00 Travelling
17:00 Phone call with John

etc. An example screenshot of how this is in Notes is here:

Is this possible in Outlook?

Sorry for the long post!

No. A table view or outlook today is the closest you'll get unless you print
it.

Thanks for the reply Diane even though it doesn't sound great....

I've just read about custom views / print styles - can anything be done with
those (even if I have to write something myself?)

If not and I have to resort to print outs, the Calendar Details style seems
to be the best one (in fact, that's just what I need on screen!) except it
prints the details of an appointment as well. I use this part of the entry
for logistical details - phone number of who I am meeting or expense code for
recharging the time etc. I don't want these to print out - is there a custom
style I can download?

Thanks for all your help!

Matt
