Summary Bar Missing (Compatibilty Issue)

At my job, we have switched operating systems. We went from Window XP to Windows 7 and since we've switched, I've noticed that I can not seem my summary bars in the print preview nor will they print out. The only way, I can see the summary bars is if I go into the options sections and uncheck the 3-D option. Not only that, when I try to run my project file as a PDF, it takes forever to run. However at home, I'm still using XP and I haven't had any of these problems. Could this be a compatibility issue?
