Is it possible to extract TimeScaleData from Summary Tasks?

I have been able to load cost data into the Fixed Cost Field of summary
tasks. But when I extract the TimeScaleData the cost only apears in a single
period, not spread across the task. Has anyone been able to extarct values
from any of the TimePhaseData types from summary tasks? (not necessarily cost)

(Don't need comments like "You are only suppost to load cost on detail tasks")

Ok, I won't tell you you are not supposed to load cost (or any other
data) into summary lines, but why in the world do you want to?

To answer your question, yes, timescaled data can be extracted from
summary lines. I have done it many times. If you are only getting a
single value, it sounds like the Fixed Cost is not prorated.
