How would I do the following.
1) I want to have a summary item or a milestone that reflects a 'stoplight'
summary of the items within it. But I want the variance created with the
following logic.
Summary Task A- I want the 'stoplight' at this level
Detail task 1 - Duration 1 week
Detail task 2 - Duration 2 weeks - starting after task 1
If the total percent complete for these 2 detail task is not at 50 or higher
percent within 7.5 days (50 percent of 15 days) from the start change the
stoplight to 'yellow' If the total percent complete is not at 75 percent
within 10 days (75 percent of 15 days) from the start change the stoplight
to 'red'.
People are not actually entering the time they worked only updating the
percent complete
