Summary tasks not calculating correctly (Project Server 2003)

The summary tasks in my project are not calculating correctly. All of the
tasks below the summary task show as 100% complete but the summary task does
not reflect that. I have checked the Task Usage view (Work table) to verify
that each individual resource's assignment is 100% complete (work = actual
work; remaining work = 0). I've tried republishing the entire project,
including checking the box to overwrite actual work entered by resources, but
to no avail. This just started occurring in the last week which made me think
something got updated on the server. The IT people rebooted the server but
that didn't fix it either. My projects are frozen in time! What should I try
next?

Did you rebaseline that section recently, but not include the summary
task in the rebaselining?

If you rebaseline a section, and pick the 'selected tasks' option to
baseline or rebaseline hilighted tasks, check the 2 checkboxes under
it, relating to 'roll up to summary tasks'.

Try rebaselining the section with the 2 boxes under 'selected
projects' checked; or rebaselining with the summary task included - IF
baselining was the activity that may have preceded this problem.
