Summary tasks over multiple projects reporting

I need to report actual hrs, baseline hrs over multiple projects at the
summary task level (each phase of projects). I tried to use the portfolio
analyzer but I don't have the summary task showing in the pivot table field
list. How can I get Project to do this or is there another way?
