Currently, it seems PMs can only view timesheets one period at a time for one
resource at a time. Even then, only views that fall into "Pending My
Approval", "Approved By Me", "Available timesheets to adjust", and "My
Resources Unsubmitted Timesheets" can be viewed by the PM. Our Project
managers need to be able to see a 'birds-eye' view of ALL the timesheets our
resources submit, so they can track the overall hours spent each period on
each project for each resource, regardless who approved it.
How does an organization use the timesheets to track multiple resources work
spent each period for a given project, and see this data all at once?
Please let me know if this is unclear, and I will try to clarify what I am
asking.
