Summation

Mike Sassman

I need to use the Summation function in one of my
classes. I am using Office X under Panther with all
service packs.

How do I get the Summation symbol? on a PC, I would
Insert--->Object. Object type would be Microsoft
equasion 3.0 and select the icon that looks like a
Capital Sigma. On the PC it gives me fields on top,
below, and to the right of the Sigma. Can I do this on
the Mac?

Thanks,
Mike Sassman

Yes, if you have Equation Editor installed. Look in the Value Pack on your
Office CD.

Cheers
