Super Suite Deal - No Records?

I sent in my super suite deal stuff back in January, well before the due date. I called last week to inquire as to the status of it, and they had absolutely no record in the database of me. I also have not received any e-mail notification about it.

Is this normal? I've heard that many people have received e-mails at least confirming that their rebate was received...

Did you make copies of the paperwork you sent in? Some people have had the
same problem. You can try calling to see what you can do, but you will have
to have some kind of proof to provide.
