Before Microsoft bought Visio it worked more reliably now features work then
fail and work again as updates come and go. Right now there are instabilites
in the activation of draw feature when clicking and inconsistencies of when
eccentricity handles will turn on or not. Also Visio is almost exclusively
used by all the network engineers and system integrators for rough draft
drawings yet most of the progress in stencils and template seems to be for
process reengineering. We need cooperation with more vendors in producing
and listing with Visio more templates and stencils for more products.
