Support for Lotus Notes Connector

Since the Lotus Notes Connector for Outlook is a free download for licensed
users. Who do we connect with for support for this tool?

Since I have not found anyone capable of answering my questions here, how
can
I ask the developers of this tool? How can I send the log file to them?

Or, is there a specific way to get answers here? I am not trying to get
anyone upset
here, but if none of the Microsoft Reps on this board know, then please let
me know.

I am sure I am not the only one who has encountered this issue.

The microsoft.public.outlook.interop group would be the most appropriate.
Search it and you may find your questions already answered.
