I am not sure when will MS provide the functionality. I am using NewsGator
(www.newsgator.com)

There is already 3rd party support for RSS feeds in Outlook. Support the
wider development community and purchase one - and please do not come back
and cry MONOPOLY if Microsoft decides to provide on in the future.

I use IntravNews and am very satisfied with it. (http://www.intravnews.com
