Support for Writing Tablet- Office 2003

I would like to use a writing tablet (not a PC Tablet) to
write directly into Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, etc.


Does Office 2003 support this?, and can anyone direct me
to how to do this?

I did not find the help facility to be helpful.
It appears to refer to support just for Tablet PCs.

Any help is appreciated.
