I've been a licensed Groove user since Apr-15-2003. I pay for the product,
and purchase upgrades when they're available.

I'm having technical trouble, and so far this forum has provided no help.
What are my other options? In other words, is there any serious attempt at
providing technical support for paid users?

The trouble I'm having is documented in the thread called "Groove Storage
Security Error" and dated 6/1/2006. I have screenshots of error messages that
go back 6 days, and no amount of cleaning/reinstallation/web search has
provided any answers.
