Support Popular Browsers

I keep seeing the message below, while viewing Help for MS Office.

I am using Firefox browser. This has been out and available for a year now.
I think is about time that you recognize that this is a viable browser for
use by your clients, Like Me! Some of us choose not to use IE. You should
support that and stop trying to force me to conform. Support the environment
that I choose, not just the environment that you choose for me.

1 year has been more than enough time to put in support for Firefox. When
will you finally put this support in place and stop giving me these messages?

You are assuming, incorrectly, that MS cares about its customers. All they
care about is their bottom line. PA and WGA have proven that in spades.

When Firefox adds support for ActiveX, then it will work. Doesn't matter
how long it has been out, it will not be supported unless it conforms to the
requirements of the web page it is trying to view.
