suppress duplicate lines

I have an excell sheet with many lines. A sort them on a given criteri
and I would like to supress lines that are duplicates based on thi
criteria. How can I do it easely :confused

What doe suppress mean?

Delete?

If you mean hide, you should be able to modify some of those techniques, too.

criteria is the plural of criterion.

So you cannot say "this criteria" (any more than you would say "this
dogs") - it should be "this criterion". ( and "a given criterion").
Microsoft themselves seem to be guilty of this one (I can't remember where,
but it made me wince when I saw it).
