Suppress Header from certain pages in Word 2007

I have created a report in Word 2007. I have created Headers on alternating
pages. What I need to do is suppress the header from the first four pages
(intro pages). Is there a way to set headers (or footers or page numbers) to
start on a specific page?

This document says it applies to Word 2004 and earlier. Is there anything
out there for Office 2007?
