Suppress Removed Tasks

In Project Web Access (PS 2003) is there
any way to prevent tasks that have been
removed from the project from showing up
in the View Resource Assignments view?

How about this: Can someone provide a SQL script that
will delete these tasks from the database? There is a
field in the dbo_MSP_WEB_ASSIGNMENTS table called
WASSN_DELETED_IN_PROJ. What are the ramifications of
deleting all the records that resolve to true on this?
I'm not interested in keeping them for history.
