Suppressing 0 hour assignments in Resource Availability Grid

Is there a way to eliminate assignments with 0 hours for project displayed
in the Resource Availability grid? I use the Resource availability button in
the Resource Center to display project assignments for a given time frame.
Much of the data returned contains rows for project assignments with 0 hours
because there are assignments outside of the given date range. I would like
to eliminate these from appearing in the grid and report.
