I'm making mailing labels in Word 2000, starting from a Contacts folder in
Outlook 2000.
The mail merge fields are:
First_Name Last_Name
Job_Title
Company
Business_Address
When I take the last step in the merge, I select the "Don't print blank
lines in the address" radio button.
Blank lines in the address ARE suppressed, but REMAIN for Job Title and
Company fields.
How can I suppress the blank lines for Job Title and Company fields?
