Suppressing Error Messages

I am having a problem with a form in Access 97. The
problem is as follows: I imported a database into access
from Lotus and now am getting an the error message "The
value you entered isn't valid for this field". How do I
either fix the problem of suppress the error message. Any
assistance that could be provided would be greatly
appreciated.

Hi Matt,
What kind of "database" came from Lotus. In design
view, check the type of fields that you imported(Text,
Number...etc). You may be trying to enter text data in a
number field or vice versa. Hope This helps
