Suppressing Outlook security warnings?

I am generating Outlook emails in a VB.NET application and get the following
'standard' security message:

"A program is trying to automatically send e-mail on your behalf. Do you
want to allow this? If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should
choose "No".

Without revealing MS secrets to the entire world, is there a way for me to
suppress these warnings?
