Surpressing MSA Menubar even during Access Launch?

MSA2k3, Custom app, I have made a Custom Menubar, all forms use it.

When the user lauches the app, the onload event of the first form
opens two other forms in different areas of the screen. Using a .move
command, and some calculations I make about the Access window size
(actually the MDI Client Area) .

Problem, When MSA Launches, it displays the Original Standard Access
Menubar, very breifly, and my custom Menubar right under it, then,
after the other forms load, the Standard Access Menubar goes away.

1. This is ugly. and

2. This screws up the window placement based on the MDI Area, All of
the forms are placed down exactly 1 menubar-hieght from where I want
them to be.

When I try to pull the Standard Access Menubar off the window (i.e.
make it "float" or close it.) That REALLY screws up the window
placement based on the MDI Area, it puts all the forms at 0,0. (and
makes MSA really tough to use when I'm not in the app)

Two questions, 1, will the MSA Runtime do the same thing with the
double menu at app launch? (if not, then I can ignore this) or 2 how
do I fix this?

aha
tia,
