If Administrative Tasks are configured with "Always Display" unchecked they
do not automatically populate in the timesheet. They are also not available
using Add Lines when in a timesheet. To add them to a timesheet the user
needs to use the Plan Administrative Time feature. This can be an issue when
creating a surrogate timesheet. It would be nice if the Add Lines feature of
the timesheet would allow the addition of Administrative Tasks.
