Surrogate timesheet question

Hi,

We are in the first phase of a project server implementation, and I'm
having an issue with surrogate timesheets. This may be too easy, but I'm
not figuring it out.

There are a couple of users with Mac computers, so they can't use PWA to
submit their timesheets. We established that I would do it on their
behalf, using surrogate timesheets. They are not my descendents in RBS,
although I am their timesheet manager.

Our procedure is to create a weekly timesheet at the start of the week,
update it at the end of each day, and submit it in the end of the week.

Now if create the surrogate timesheet for these users in that way, I
can't find it anywhere to update it in the other days. Under My
Timeseets there is only my own timesheet for the week.

Is this the way it should be, or am I missing something here?

I believe you have to submit the timesheet at the same time you create it or
else you cannot get back to the surrogate timesheet.
