svchost.exe Maxing out CPU with Outlook 2003 patch 927891 did not

I have a problem that seems to be similar to several issues that were fixed
with patch 927891. But it was not fixed when we ran the patch on the user's
computers.

Outlook will open but will max out CPU usage on the svchost.exe during
synchronization. Once we endtask that particular SVChost process Outlook
will run fine for awhile. But unfortunately it's popping up more frequently.
It was suggested that we run the patch927891 thinking that it would fix the
svchost problem. This only worked on one machine. on the other 4 machines
it still occurs. All machines are configured identically with XP Pro and
Outlook2003. running off of an exchange server2003.

Any suggestions??
