Highlight what you want to "rollover", then click format>behaviors. So if
you want to swap an image when you rollover some text, highlight the text,
then choose format>behaviors.
Then click the "insert" button, and go down in the menu that opens and click
"swap image". The top window lists images in the page.....choose the one
that represents the original image that appears when the page loads. Then
under that part is a line where you can add (or browse and select) the image
that you want to swap to when you rollover.
There's a selection at the bottom of that window that says "restore on
mouseout". For some reason, when I first started with fp2003, I got in the
habit of not using that (maybe it didn't work at the time?). You can try it.
If it doesn't work, then add another behavior using the same technique
accept this time add the "swapimagerestore" behavior. Again, make sure the
"event" that's selected is the right one.

Make sure the "event" in the behaviors menu is set correctly to
"onmouseover". I'm not sure if the "restore on mouseout" option works, which
is at the bottom of the swapimage dialoge window that opens mentioned above.
